Who's Here?

Visitor sign-in built around health and safety

What it is

A self-serve visitor system for any business — construction sites, offices, warehouses, schools, factories. Whether your reception is unattended or you have more than one way in, Who's Here? captures who's on site, who they're visiting, and what they have agreed to.

Who's Here? is a visitor and contractor sign-in system designed for the sites where the standard tools fall apart — construction, civil, large warehouses, multi-entrance offices and schools. Anywhere a paper sign-in book or a single-reception app does not match how people actually arrive.

It runs on a tablet at every entry point. Visitors check themselves in with photo capture, identify the host they are here to see, agree to the relevant inductions, and the host is pinged on SMS or Teams. The site roll updates the moment they sign in and the moment they sign out.

Inductions, PPE acknowledgements and contractor agreements live inside the app. Site rules can be different per site, per role and per contractor company. Everything is versioned, audit-logged and exportable for an H&S review or an audit.

The system was built for the case that catches most sign-in tools out — one organisation, many sites, many gates. Head office gets a live roll across every active site, regulars sign in faster without losing the audit trail, and the evacuation list is current the moment you need it.
