About

The team that runs it,
protects it, and sticks around.

A senior team in Hamilton — managed IT, networks, security and cloud for 300+ New Zealand firms, plus the software and AI for when off-the-shelf won't cut it. 24 years of operating heritage. No call centre, no offshore helpdesk, no churn.

The team

You deal with the people who do the work.

A small, senior team — no call centre, no offshore tier-one, no ticket handed between strangers. The people who run your systems are the ones you deal with directly, and the ones who fix it. They know your setup, and they're still here next year.

The story

Engineering history, not corporate puffery.

Bridge Point was incorporated in 2012, but the operating heritage goes back further — to the firms and people that merged into it. The things we built in those years are still running.

  1. Where it starts

The founding firms get going — EasyServe in IT support and software, Vistra in hosted Exchange and email. The operating heritage begins.

  2. Bridge Point founded

The firms merge and Bridge Point Ltd is incorporated in Hamilton — the accumulated engineering history comes with it.

  3. A national retail network

Designed and deployed a large national retail network. It's run non-stop ever since — 12 years on, we're now replacing it with the next generation, built by us.

  4. First SaaS, and TalkFree

SaaS products ship across agriculture and health & safety, and TalkFree — our own toll-free telephony service — goes live.

  5. Hi Voicemail

Hi Voicemail launches on NZ's first elastic voice stack: built entirely in-house — no Twilio, no external vendors.

  6. Software, many industries

More SaaS across a range of industries — including the software that manages most of the country's pedigree horse and service-dog breeding lines.

  7. Fully remote

We go fully remote ahead of what's coming, and keep every client running without missing a beat.

  8. Our own products

RiskSense, Anonamoose, ClearMark, WhosHere, Clarity, FlowDocs and Electrify go live for customers, alongside a steady run of client software projects.

  9. Across the Tasman

Deeper into the health sector, and now operating in Australia too — working with clients there in an advisory and technical development role.

  10. Flo

Our most ambitious build yet: Flo, an AGI platform we're engineering around world-class memory. Early, but real — Nick's writing about it as it takes shape.

Partners & stack

Vendors we've earned the right to recommend.

We don't chase certifications for the badge. These are the platforms we've run at scale, understand deeply, and stand behind.

Work with us

Same team. Long game.

If you want an IT partner that was here five years ago and plans to be here in five more, let's talk.
